You can expect a lot at this store, but don't expect any customer service. Like hello, can you at least be pleasant to the customers who choose to shop at your store? I could go somewhere else.

Check out was rediculous. I had to ask for my receipt and then ask for a bag... To which the aloof chashier responded do you really need a bag?  And just stood there starring off in the distance. Less than empressed with the whole check our experience I would say!

Least helpful and least knowledgeable staff imaginable work the gun counter. Spent more than thirty minutes standing awkwardly in the area while we waited for the staff to acknowledge our existence. Never happened even though they were helping another shopper. I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on a gun. Big mistake, Dick's. Huge. Will not return.

This was the second time I've been in there and both times had to go looking for somebody to help me. The employers would just walk by and never even asked if they could help me find something. They didn't have a very good selection of the item I was looking for and nobody offered to order it for me. The second item I was after was a folding camping chair but it took two guys too try to simply open it up and show me how it worked. The prices are way stinkin high. Some of the same items can be bought at Walmart for a fraction of the cost. It's one of those places that puts 99 cent on everything. Like 7.99 , 11.99, 24.99. I hate that. But Costco also does it. Anyways it's no wonder people are shopping online because you have a better selection and you get exactly what you want. I've only been there twice and I don't even look forward to going in anymore.
