"Aqua Services Plumbing Company opened for business in 2016. It is owned and operated by Ruskin and Kellie Dellinger. Ruskin started plumbing at age 15, helping with his uncles family business. He has over 20 years of valuable experience in all aspects of the plumbing industry. Aqua Services always promotes quality work and exceptional service more than anything. They are just big enough to handle most projects, but small enough to care for each customer as family. They always steer you in the right direction to better suite your needs, not the pushy sales type. Aqua Services specializes in commercial and residential new installation and service."

We recently purchased a home in Denver, NC. The house was on city water but septic system. The septic system had very bad problems so, rather than spend money on fixing, we decided to connect to city sewer. Aqua Services handled connecting to the sewer tap and they did so in a very professional manner. About 10 days and heavy rains after the sewer tap connection, we had a sinkhole develop right in the area the guys had worked in. It turned out to be a second septic tank that was unknown. Without a blink of his eyes, Rusking stepped up to fix the issue. I highly recommend Ruskin Dellinger / Aqua Services. They are first class.

I called this company as the previous owner of the house we bought used them for a leak in the owners bathroom. The leak started back and I was told he could come out the next afternoon. I called the morning of and didn’t get an answer. I also texted and didn’t get a response for several hours. He finally called back 4 hours later and told me he couldn’t come out today but could “try” to come out tomorrow. I explained the situation and the owner got an attitude with me and was unprofessional. I eventually ended the conversation to seek help elsewhere. This company didn’t do the job right the first time and can’t stick to a schedule the second time.

We use Aqua Services for all of our plumbing needs. Trustworthy, reliable, and affordable. Thank you guys for doing such a great job.

Ruskin and his team always get the job done and are great at what they do. Highly recommend them for any of your residential or commercial needs!
