We had an emergency on a Saturday morning in the winter. Not knowing who to call, I googled septic places near me. The first few places did not answer . Then one man just said they would come on Monday. 
I then called Wind River and they were there within the hour. Paul was very kind, courteous and knowedgeable. He explained what the problem was, fixed it and educated me on how to prevent this in the future. They were great and I will use them for all our septic needs in the future. Highly recommend this company!!!!

I've been a customer of Wind River Environmental for some time. Last year they installed a new septic system at my house. It was a major project because I wanted to save my trees while having a well functioning system. They did a great job. 
I've also found their techs to be efficient and customer oriented. Staff is effective and well trained for their roles.

Recently had Wind River Environ pump out my septic tank.  They acquired Shoreline Septic in Old Lyme who I had used over many years.  Wind River  provided the same excellent service  I had from Shoreline.  Arrived within the time frame they had indicated, tech was efficient in his work in locating and pumping the tank and replaced the lawn with minimal disruption in appearance . Service was completed with full explanation of tank condition and  suggested maintenance within 35 min.

We have used Wind River’s services for many years, and greatly appreciate their courtesy and professionalism. I love that they send us reminders when we are due for service. They came last week to do a cleaning, and they did a great job - my garden was in good shape when they finished!

Tank started to overflow on weekend and was able to get serviced quickly The Service Tech was great and explained how to check to prevent problem in future
