Aqua Cave had the best price I found for an aquarium light I wanted. My order shipped THE SAME DAY and by Priority Mail even though it was free shipping. So, I received exactly what I ordered less than 48 hours after placing the order. Very happy!

I purchased a sump from Aquacave during the Black Friday sale 11/24/17 for close to $400. By Dec 1st i hadn't heard from them regarding shipping of my item. Now I know that Black Friday and cyber Monday are hectic for businesses but I spent my hard earned $$$ to pay for this thing. So I call and am informed that my order is on backorder. I would have respected if I had received an email to let me know, but I had to call. This was my first and last time shopping with aquacave because the first impression is a lasting one. I got the notification that my money was in their possession but not a curtacy email regarding my item being backordered for two or more weeks.

I have placed several orders through this company over the past couple of years and I must say that Every time has been a great experience. Very fast free shipping. Always get what I order for a great price. Anytime that I have had to call I was helped right away by very pleasant people. I will purchase from them again and will recommend others as well. Keep up the great work AquaCave

I placed an order and it's been a week now and I'm still waiting on a tracking number. I called a bunch of times and got the run around about drop shipping ect. They seem to be selling things that are never in stock. They take your money and then shop around and try to get it shipped.

This is the second order, the first one I placed I had to call and got a run-around that time but at least the item was shipped within a couple of days.

Stay away. Order from someone more reputable.

I don't know if they disconnected their phone but as of today it no longer works. I will be placing a call to Amex
