Kudos to the service department , the technicians are very knowledgeable and office staff is always helpful in taking care of our issues promptly!!  The merchandise is affordable and lobby always is neat and clean.  Very friendly front lobby staff and they took extra time to explain Green Egg grille while I was buying pool supplies.  The staff and atmosphere is very friendly with exceptional customer service.

If they show up they do a decent job. For whatever reason we constantly get pushed back multiple times on their schedule for pool openings and closings. I can understand if it happens once or twice over a 3 year period, but it's multiple times every year. 3 years in a row, same story. Will be looking for an alternative provider.

Super frustrated with AquaRama Pools. You want to work with a pool company you can trust and who does the job you need them to do. Pool cleaning material that we paid for was no where to be found, equipment was broken and they said nothing, they installed equipment that didn't fix our concerns, they failed to turn off pool heaters wasting our money and energy while we were away. It was one thing after another that cost us thousands when we really thought we could rely and trust the company to look after our pool with honesty and integrity. We were fooled and management didn't care that their techs weren't doing the job that was contracted. If you have a pool and want to trust someone GREAT - go with Original 7! They helped clean up the mess AquaRama left and repaired the things that were mismanaged and broken.

After recently purchasing a home with a pool, the company offered a complimentary onsite demo of my pool equipment and provided a free class in their store about pool water chemistry and finding the right balance for my pool. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
