Does anyone know how I can get a hold of Judy? I have been promised a 200.00 refund ck in the mail for about a month which has not arrived.  I keep leaving messages but no return call.  I just drove to the location and there is a note saying this location is closed go to website but the website has no way to get a hold of anyone.   Not sure what to do next to get a hold of Judy.  There is another notice which I will mention later if I have no success in getting a reply.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you, Sharon

I have experienced excellent results in the treatments I have received at Physician's Choice. As a weight loss patient, I have learned how to change my diet and lifestyle. I am now half way to meeting my weight loss goal! I have had the Venus Freeze procedure on my face, neck and belly. My complexion is more radiant and clear with less fine lines in my forehead and around my eyes, no more "double chin",  and my tummy is tighter. I also use the skin care products available in the office which have greatly improved my adult acne condition while addressing anti aging concerns as well. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. It is overall a pleasant, professional, family environment I highly recommend.

I do not appreciate the lack of integrity shown by the company. I purchased a living social deal for one price and was told they would provide another service with additional sessions. I also paid for another package for additional services to be rendered after the session paid for with the living social coupon. At the time I was beginning an internship and was unable to adjust my schedule to go back for the additional services I paid for and was told that my services were already rendered. In addition, I was quoted a price of $100 less than what I was charged. So be ware!! Get everything in writing each day you enter for a service, which I did not get in writing. The receipt just has the amount paid not what number of services you will receive. Also, the treatments did not appear to work even after 6 sessions.
