I went for a fill in. I had ombré nails and before they touched my nails I asked did they know how to do it. Four of them looked at my nails and said they could. She did one nail and you could clearly tell she had no idea. It looks like she just put powder in them to fill in them just did a clear top coat and it looked AWFUL!!!! The fact that she wouldn’t try and fix it is worse and she acted like it looked good. I have gone here for 7 years and I did not get one apology... nothing they kept talking about me in their language like I wasn’t sitting right there. And they kept saying the word ombré so I know it was about me. I came back for them to fix it and she acted like I was the one bothering her!!! Still no apology and again they talk about me. Again I have been a very loyal customer and NEVER AGAIN will I go back. They should have wanted to fix my hands, my hands are a walking advertisement for their business and they could have cared less. I work in customer service so I dont like when people cause a scene. I was very nice and didn’t yell and still I got treated like it was my fault. They are terrible

Worst experience I've EVER HAD!!!! I had to have my nails fixed by another salon because they were so AWFUL!!!!

Nail technician did a great job on me.  Gel nails look really nice.  Have been there twice and like it so far.    
Wish the techs would speak English when there are customers in salon.
