I would like to start by saying I love this store. I've been to many fish stores and this was by far the best. However, I was specifically looking for a saltwater led reef light and found the one that would suit my needs at this store. I was in a few weeks before Thanksgiving and the regular black label price of the light was CLEARLY marked as $199. I was told if I come back during the Thanksgiving weekend that exact light would be on sale for around the price of $169. I also made it a point a week before coming in town to call and confirm that would be the price and it was confirmed. I was in town from Indiana during the holiday weekend and the light now had regular black label price listed as $249 and had a red label sale price of $199. I clearly understand this was a sales scheme for the holiday sale however, I didn't appreciate being told one thing only to get to the store and find out that was not the price I was I formed it would be.

If I could give this store a negative star I would! I spent 80.00 dollars on 3 fish, my tank has been established for a year, and one of the fish I purchased died after 6 days. I called and spoke to a manager, they informed me that their guaranty is only for 48 hours. Every store I have ever purchased from has had at least a one week if not a two week guaranty. I have had the same fish in my tank since I bought it and NONE have died. I will never spend another dollar in this over priced establishment again! Manager was rude on the phone and the fish are obviously unhealthy!

Great help. I'm new into aquariums and they don't mind me asking a million questions when I'm there or calling on the phone. Great one on one. Makes me feel like I matter and don't try to sell me things I don't need. They are also very helpful in teaching you about the fish and tanks. After further review they will say anything to make a buck. I have incompatible fish in my community tank, lied to about plants ( high light vs low light), even got a light tonight recomended by them for high light plants in a 20 gal long... got home says on box low light plants only and didn't even fit the tank.. Also gave bad advice to sister-in-law. She lost 2 fish and a frog. Do your own research and only shop there when 50% off fish sale.

A very nice store and good selection of fish and very helpful employees, but I am giving a low star review because they do not accept Visa Gift Cards i was told this on 12-26-17. I ask for the gift cards for Christmas so i could buy fish for my 55 Gallon aquarium but i can't use them at Aquarium Adventure. I guess i will have to shop for fish at another store.

I have two live-bearing tanks . I came in to review a few concerns. Megan and Wes were so very helpful. Although it it a 20 minute drive this will be my go to aquarium store. Thank you so very much Megan and Wes.
