Aquarius built my pool 15+ years ago.  Recently, I set up an appointment and asked to be called before they arrived.  They showed up, and never contacted me, therefore I wasn't able to show them the problem, and they couldn't locate it on their own.  They charged me for this wasted visit!  They, they came another day and were able to identify the problem because I was there to point it out.  They are not good about returning phone calls.  I left a message to be called back about a repair, and it took over 48 business hours to return my call.
