After inquiring on Home Advisor for an electrician, Southern Trust Home Services contacted me with just a few minutes to address our issue.  An appointment was made for the next day.  When the technician assigned had a vehicle breakdown, another was assigned immediately and arrived at our home shortly after.  We were fortunate to have Brandon B. as our technician.  He took the time to tell us about his background and experience in the industry, was quick to diagnose the issue, presented us with all of our options, made us aware of other services available but did NOT get pushy about us buying them which was a HUGE plus for us.  Brandon B. ended up being at our home for 2 days to take care of everything.  He was very professional, friendly, worked around our schedules and kept us informed every step of the way.  Final bill was not a single penny over the quoted price either!  Overall level and quality of service worth the money paid!

I recently had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday. I found Southern Trust Home Services number in the yellow pages. I've never heard of them actually. They were very friendly on the phone. They were quick to respond to my situation. Jarrett Hodges was the young man that came out that evening and found the problem and resolved it. He was so nice and very professional. I would recommend this service to my friends and family.

Within an half hour of my call to them, a technician arrived.  Lane was courteous and professional.  He explained all the costs and the plan up front before jumping into diagnosing the problem.  The job was completed in a timely manner.  He cleaned up after completion of the job.  I would highly recommend this companies services.

I love the services that Southern Trust offers and have used several of them.  Today Craig came to my home for the annual HVAC check.  He was polite, thorough and explained things well.  He is the nicest service person I have ever had at my home.  Sometimes when someone comes to your home they focus exclusively on the item they are there to install/service and forget that it is not the item that is their customer but the homeowner.  Craig does a great job of making sure the homeowner is happy.

Southern Trust has been to my house twice in one month and was amazing.  I had a different HVAC company come out and blew a breaker and Southern Trust came out and wouldn't leave until my heat was back on safely (even though it took over 5 hours).  And then I had frozen pipes and Southern Trust came out to reassure me that my pipes weren't broken.  
They are an amazing company to work with.  I love that there is a live person to talk to and the upfront pricing is great.
