I needed to have a toilet replaced and was looking for a reliable plumber. The reviews for Marcus were good...both in terms of knowledge and service as well as reasonable prices. That he was a master plumber who also did other work is a plus. Called and left a message. He responded back immediately with a quote and same week opening to do the work. He just left and I am very pleased. He ran into some issues due to my old house and previous work done with poor subflooring. He came up with creative solution, installed the new toilet and was very reasonable on the price even with the additional effort of time and parts. Marcus is my new plumber and handyman! So nice to have a reliable person to call. Definitely recommend his service.

Called and scheduled to repair my flooding toilet at my business. He was responsive and set an appointment to come out the next day. He didn’t show up at our scheduled appointment time so I called 2 hours later and he said I’m on the way but didn’t show again. I called again and he laughed it off saying oh I forgot and can be out the next day but because he missed 2 appts and wasn’t apologetic at all thinking it was funny so I said never mind and found a both plumbing company.

Friendly, fast, and affordable. The google reviews are true for this one. Will get to do more work in the future.

I am a DIY person who sometimes gets way over my head.  So there it was 10 PM and I have water flying everywhere under my sink.  I called first to see if I could get an appointment but that was WAY Before the water went flying.  Then I sent him a TEXT to say HELP!!!!!  He was at my house in 15 minutes.  He helped my shut off the water and told me that he will make time to come back the following day.  He reinstalled a lot of my DIY pipe connections and really cleaned up.  On top of it he charged less than the big companies.  I feel Marcus (I tend to call him by his business name) is a friend and a fair, honest and just good at what he does business man.  I recommend him even if people don't need someone of his caliber as your back up.
