Staff isn't very helpful. I would say it's one of the worst fish stores I have been to in a long time. Very poor selection. I mean they do have a few unique fish but honestly you can find a better fish selection at pet smart. The prices are also some of the worst I have seen. I am all for supporting small business. But this won't be one of them. There are plenty of other small fish stores that I would support that won't price gouge you on everything. With all the good reviews on here I had high hopes, but that was quickly dashed after a few minutes inside.

Friendly and knowledgeable crew. Comfortable environment. Enjoy every visit. If they don't have what you're looking for, they can get at a reasonable price.

What a great fish store. They have everything!
Can't wait for the remodel, it will be SUPER nice.

It's the best fish store in the Cincinnati area. They sell fish and related stuff only; it is not a general pet shop. They carry marine and freshwater  fish, and have a 20,000 gallon marine tank where they display a shark and other large saltwater fish. They have probably 50 tanks of marine fish for sale and even more freshwater tanks of fish, and sell new and used aquariums. They offer a service whereby they will maintain your tank and fish at your business or home as well.

I have frequented this place quite a bit over the past couple of years. Recently purchased a motoro sting ray here & unfortunately it passed a week after purchasing it. I called to ask about the return policy and was told that it was essentially 24 hours after purchase. This was ok with me but I was told that because we had spent so much (over $200.00 bucks...) I was told to email the owner to see if we could work something out in terms of an exchange or getting a replacement. It is has now been more than 2 weeks & still no reply.  So, as of now I will no longer patron this shop or recommend it  to anyone asking for fish. It is a true shame... I try to support the local businesses as much as possible when I can.  I truly wanted to continue to support this business as well but, as much as we come in to buy fish & to be ignored... it leaves me little motivation to continue to support a business when they are not willing to work with customers that come in frequently. I would honestly give this place zero stars if I could.
