Horrible customer service this past friday. The "man" employee that stopped me as soon as I came through the door with my cat litter refill bucket told me I couldn't use that bucket it had to be there brand bucket. Well the tidy cat bucket was purchased from petco. Very disappointed as I have been refilling said bucket for the past year with no problems. 😠
