Very pleased with the way the park is maintained! The pools are clean, the buildings are clean!

The park is smaller than others in Yuma making it more fun as everyone gets to know each other.  From shuffle board teams, water aerobics,  dances,  bingo, Christmas parades, dinners in the park,  two pools, library,  game room,  pool hall, laundry, gym, you name it they have it.  Beautiful park.

if you call for information,they are rude and not helpful, very snobby if you have a trailer and not a fancy RV, shame on tem

Spoke to an incredibly rude person here.  Did not want to know more after that experience.  My parents will not be retiring here.
