This is a Rv park with only 3 open slots daily as it is really a long-term park for most occupants. The 3sites are right on a busy road, so noise is an issue. The grounds are well kept and immaculate as are the bath rooms and showers . The nightly rate is s bit high as no cable is available.

Nice little place and obvously working to improve.  Had all needed facilities including pool and hot tub but the grounds are pretty spartan.  Basic gravel parking.

Formerly Arizona Sands RV Park recently purchased by Blue Sky Ranch. 
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean grounds. Remodeling office and they are putting in a pool. Conveniently located off 8.

Over priced for what you get.....check around. 4 of 11 washers broke for 4 months now. Wifi is TERRIBLE  !  Other than that .......
