Nice older park. Pretty nice 9 hole golf coarse. Well kept. Paved streets. Lots are a little small.

It's very clean with all the ammenities including cable, WiFi and cell phone network. Many in Yuma do not offer these services. Pet area is horrendous...a desert water basin. Having said that, our dog still had fun chasing lizards. We have an American Stafforshire Terrier and they treated her beautifully. No breed discrimination at all. We truly appreciated their acceptance and kindness. We'd definitely stay again. Front staff is lovely!

Stayed here for 2 nights while passing through to California. We were in a gravel back in with a paved patio and full hookups. The park was nice but it came with a rule book that was as thick as the yellow pages. Wifi worked fine - we were on the first row so we did not have the problem that others have mentioned. It is "dog friendly" but you can only walk them in the middle of the street and you're not supposed to exercise them in the park; however the only options are close to a major road. Taking them outside the security gates is just open dirt areas so we tried to do this before it got too dark. The onsite restaurant was a nice bonus. Our neighbors were very friendly and the park had clean / well maintained facilities. Would be nice if it was more dog friendly - even one or two areas inside the park would be nice.
