My husband and I leased a Sorento here this weekend. Matt, Chris, and team were fantastic. I told them up front what my payment limit was and that I was not interested in spending a significant time waiting around in their shop. They were true to their word and met both of my requests. Matt was great about getting everything we needed and wanted in a vehicle at the price we gave. He was very courteous and professional and a great listener too. Thanks Arapahoe Kia team!

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Andrew and Eddie truly went above and beyond for me. I have bought several cars through out my life from multiple car lots and I have to say this was the best experience I've had!  I have never been to a dealership where they were completely honest about my situation. They went above and beyond for me! Throughout​ the dealership everyone gave me their best customer service.  I was pleased that they went above and beyond to explain the finance options  to me and they were not just focused on trying to sell me something. Their focus was on what I wanted as well as what  was going to be best for me financially. Thank you all for your help and your honesty.

I just bought my very first car at Arapahoe Kia! Stephen and the rest of the staff made the whole process effortless, painless, and easy. They were all very accommodating and gave me a great deal, without ever pressuring me into any upgrades or unnecessary extra purchases! I am very pleased with my first car buying experience and thank Stephen and Arapahoe Kia for making everything so enjoyable!

When you  walk in, your first interaction is with someone from customer service, which sets the pace for the entire experience. Either they are rude and you dread dealing with them or they are wonderful. Bree is one of the wonderful ones. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and so sweet. I actually hugged her when I left. My car was serviced perfectly and washed. Good customer service is not easy to find anymore. The younger generation doesn't know what it is. Treasure the people you have!

I have had my Sorrento for about a year. Broke down. Took it in the shop. Told it's the motor, there is a recall. It's been in the shop for 3 weeks with no idea how much longer it will be waiting on a new motor. Meanwhile I am making a car payment on a vehicle I don't have and driving a rental that is not the size I need for my large family. No one at Kia seems to care about the impact this has on my day to day life, let alone the road trip my family has had planned for a long time. It will be interesting to cram 2 adults, 2 teenagers, a baby and luggage and a medium dog in a compact car. Thanks Kia.
