Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village really sets the bar for any dealership experience. The staff who work there are extremely personable and friendly. This is my second time leasing at Kuni Lexus and it has been a fantastic experience from the get go. Jon Alvarez, Anthony, Jared and Archer were all key players in helping making our experience nothing short of awesome and get us what we need. Who can say that about their dealership and experience?! I mentioned to the GM that this process was just "too easy" and he said " that's how we roll!".  Highly recommended.

We have owned our Lexus for 2 years and until now all we have ever required was routine scheduled visits and the awesome unlimited car washes while we enjoyed the view with a latte. We always had a great experience with consistently friendly and efficient staff. Last week we discovered what it truly means to be a customer at Kuni Lexus; we blew out our tire during rush hour on I 225 leaving us stranded on the side of the highway. One call to Kuni and within 10 minutes, the Service Manager himself, Kelly Kennedy, was there expertly changing the tire. He took the damaged tire and processed the claim overnight and the next day we had a loaner vehicle while the service department checked out the car for any further damage and replaced the new tire. It's just like health insurance: you don't realize what your policy means until you need it. Now we know:  Customer service at Kuni truly exceeds all expectations.

Editing from original 5 star to 1.  I'll save you much of the specifics. Just know after buying three new vehicles over two years I'm done with these guys! They do not want to work for business. They are only looking for lay down customers. Former Sales Manager understood customers and business.  I've sent them so much business. Not anymore! I gave them weeks to respond to my emails and went in multiple times to buy another vehicle. They simply decided not to respond so I took my business down south, you should too.

I really want to give 0 as the rating. We are here for a tire change this morning, we have been waiting for one hour. We have summer tires store in Greenwood Village Lexus dealership from what we have been told last visit, our tires is stored in there. Now, he told me that our tire was recycled already because they don't store tires that is below 3/32. Seriously why no body call us back and let us know? Why nobody inform us when we change the winter tire on?  

Changing a tire last visit takes 7hrs for them. Waiting to pick up tire takes 1hrs. We don't mind that long of wait. But seriously inform us before you do anything. Now you told me you guys are lack of communication? Seriously keep it up.

My salesman, Mark was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable during my shopping experience with him. He went out of his way to help me decide on the best Lexis SUV for my needs. Would definitely recommend  his services to anyone shopping at Kuni.
