I would highly recommend this place! I went in to grab some new safety  gear and look at some bikes. I believe I was helped by a young man named Dan. He really made the experience painless and actually kind of fun.  I ended up leaving with more stuff than I had intended to buy , because  Dan had informed me on certain deal/ specials that I just couldn't pass up. Not only was Dan super helpful and knowledge , he looked out for your best interest and most important he wasn't condescending.  Most of the time I go to these places I feel scared to talk to people because I am still new and still learning . So usually staff comes off rude and condescending . But not at Fay Meyer I had an excellent time. It felt like I was shopping with family. Lastly I would highly recommend this place just go in and ask for Dan the man .

I appreciate a distributor of any manufacturer that knows there products, inventory and how valuable a persons time is.  If you want a fair price, great customer service and a great buying experience, I think you should visit the professionals at Fay Myers.  Every motorcycle dealer that has a website offers a button to get a quote on line.  Fay Myers was the only motorcycle dealer out of 5 that actually provided me a quote on line.   The others made excuses as to why they couldn't or that I needed to make an appointment to get a quote.  Being in sales I understand why a dealer want's you in their store, however, had they actually provided a quote like Bryan at Fay Myers did, I would have engaged in a dialogue with the salesman.  My time is valuable and in demand, so if you have a button that says "get a quote", I expect a quote.   Not only did I get a quote from Bryan, but I received 2 quotes in less than 12 hours (I requested it the evening before), not a email reply with no quote days later.   My experience with Bryan could not have been better.  We negotiated a price on 2 bikes over email.  So all I had to do was spend a few hours on a Saturday test riding, financing and getting all the accessories I needed for me and my new ride.  I want to give "props" to Monte and Eddy in the accessory shop.  They were very helpful and educated this adventure riding newbie on the clothing and boot choices I had.  It's was great they they didn't care about selling me the most expensive stuff in the shop, they listened to me and guided me to the gear I needed and that I was comfortable buying.   Thanks Bryan, Monte, Eddy and Mr. Finance Andrew!

Service department got me in same day on a busy Saturday to check the brakes on my Bike. 

Purchased a new motorcycle same day and sales / finance were great and Austin was easy to work with. Let me test drive the bike I wanted and ended up purchasing it.  

Overall very satisfied with the customer service of all departments.

Received a good deal regarding my purchase. I am happy and satisfied! Unfortunately, I walked through the entire show room 4 times and was not offered any assistance, as I observed immediate offers of assistance to "other" potential buyers.

Great experience! Kelly helped me out and made everything super easy! The selection of bikes AND accessories were awesome! I found my bike within 5 minutes and was done with everything within an hour or so. The helmet I wanted was fairly unique and hard to find except on Amazon:/ Of course I should've looked at Fay Myers' helmets considering they had it right there for the same price (no mark up) and also found an amazing jacket! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle!!
