The dental assistant, hygienist and dentist were all very friendly and the offices are beautiful. However at my first appointment with them they were running 30 mins late and then because they closed at 8pm and I needed that extra 30 mins for cleaning I had to make another appointment during work time to come back and finish up. Friendly but not very respectful of time.

I came in first time with an abscessed tooth. The décor was fabulous and the front desk staff welcomed me with a smile and were kind and friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Karla Short was very professional and well intuned with the latest dentistry and took the time to explain and reassure me every step  that needed to be done. Dr. Karla Short and her assistant were an amazing team they went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable and took care of the problem painlessly and quickly. I got my smile back once again. I recommend Dr. Karla Short extensively!  And I would recommend to all my family and friends!!  This amazing experience comes down to Dr. Florence Lockhart hiring only the best of the best!

AMAZING work done on my teeth. Dr.Lockhart is definitely one of the most skilled in her field. If you are hesitant on whether or not you want to go to Arbutus North Dental, i will tell you one thing: RUN FORREST RUN to the clinic!
