Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Same great taste. Not at all like pictures, super skimpy on meat and cheese sauce. Hot....made to order. Very clean.

My friends and I came though the drive through tonight 10/31/17 at 9:20 p.m. it is now 9:43 p.m. the worker in the window was nice but there was a issue which was resolved quickly, then he answered the phone. Got our food bagged and set it next to the window. Then started taking an order from another customer on the Mic that had just drove up. There was no one in the drive through when I waited for 10minutes. Which would have been fine if the food was made to order. But I waited another 10 minutes while staring at my food getting cold. On the sill, after I had paid for it. Idk if the guy is new but he was nice, he definitely needs to learn to multi-task better especially since he is working the drive though. Plus, the doors were locked and my friend needed to use the restroom and we had no idea which door was unlocked.

After hearing all of the wonderful commercials with the NEW sandwiches,  decided to try Arby's again. When I made it to this location, they were Sold Out of all but One of the sandwiches.   Not sure who's the management but WOW!  Guess it wasn't meant for me to try

Despite having to work on New Year's Eve, it didn't stop the staff from being courteous and helpful. Sakethia Kilgore definitely went above and beyond with my order. She has a great attitude and I definitely will be back to this location. Thanks!
