I called to check that they had a veggie burger option and Sarah answered. She was very helpful, so much so that I asked her to plan my burger for me. It was pretty darn good. I was thankful for the service and personality that was expressed from the staff. We ordered it to go but have eaten here several times in the past, the atmosphere is unique and quirky. The pickles are fun!

Pretty good burgers. The set up is nice. The burgers are pricey but they're specialty burgers. The hard shakes are very thick but you definitely taste the alcohol. They give you creative cards with celebrity names to call you by when your food is ready. My veggie burger kept on falling apart. There's a pickle bar with all sorts of pickles that your heart desires. There's a very small fountain machine for drinks. They have watermelon tea and another type of tea. This is a very nice, casual place to eat at with friends or a group.

I absolutely love this place for two reasons. I like the idea of trying something new. If you're adventurous with food try the kangaroo burger or play it safe with the buffalo. I tried both. The kangaroo burger, I had at the Dallas location. It was noticeably different than beef based on texture with a hint of gamey taste. After being asked by my sister and niece, what did I think and did I like it? I stood up and hopped across the room telling them it had a bit of a side effect otherwise really good. The buffalo was like eating a regular burger, to me. Now let's talk about the milkshake that they're famous for. If you go there just for the shake and nothing else it is completely worth your time. They have a variety of flavors. I ordered a banana pudding Shake and with one spoonful you will never want to have a shake anywhere else again. I took three different people there and all tried the banana pudding shake . After one taste they all took a deep breath and said it's the best shake they've ever had. Highly recommended!

Good service. Wide variety of food. Vegan/vegetarian friendly. Cool atmosphere. Great for groups or dates, old or young. A little something for everyone. **plus the shakes are awesome**😀

Honestly this is a very very hard review to leave, I have had nothing but amazing experiences from this restaurant and is honestly one of my favorites but tonight I went to place a to go order and the gentleman who answered the phone didn’t even announce himself as being twisted root, and the experience went downhill front there. He was very rude, on and off the phone didn’t tell me my total on the phone. Being someone who works in customer service I was taken back. When I got there the gentleman at the register was too busy making a milkshake to even acknowledge that I was standing there for several minutes. I paid for my order and proceeded to wait. A very sweet girl walked up to me and asked me if I had been helped and proceeded to asked the people working the fryers if they even battered some of my green beans, when in fact after arriving home to eat them, they hadn’t. Like I said this is a very hard review for me to leave and even leaving 3 stars is very difficult, because normally this restaurant is AMAZING. I am just slightly disappointed in the quality and service that I reserved tonight.
