Quick service, clean place, drink machine not working properly :/ . Good overall​.

I stop at this location at 930 and they were already close the dining room, the drive thru was very slow and when I was paying the cashier did something that only charge 99 on my card and then she told me that I just just had 99¢ on my card ?!?! I just give her another card and then for some reason she took a long time to give me a receipt. :/ 
The order was accurate and the food was fine after all.

We sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and the employee wants to get an attitude with us. I only give 1 star because I have to. True rating -5 Stars!!

The food was perfect, but service was a little slow and a tad on the unprofessional side. No one was rude, but it was still not the perfect experience. The seating area was also freezing. My friends and I had to get our coats from the car just to tolerate it.

When my father and I were driving to the drive through, the sign said "24 hours drive through". All the lights were out and the drive through was blocked. Once we drove back around, we saw someone in there ducking down. This wasn't the best experience. They're ripping of the Burger King company.

I do not recommend this Burger King. Try a different Burger King, though.

I love the whopper with cheese and onion rings. BK onion ring just taste better than that of other fast food chains, IMO. I come to this location evey now and then when I am in the neighborhood and lazy to think about finding decent lunch in the area. I think this is the only BK in north Arlington. So it is a convenient factor. That said, everything else about this place is subpar. 
It seems that every time I was there something broke or not available. Last time their credit card system was not working. The time before that their fancy fountain drink machine was out of 90% of the choices. The ketchup dispenser is not refilled often enough. Service is also not great. Many times there is nobody at the counter.
