Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Pulling up to the window to pay and get our food, and 2 employees are "play fighting" next to the drive thru window. When I asked why they were fighting, the one employee said "chill out". At this point I asked to talk to a manager, and then this so called manager comes to the window, I tell her what happened. She doesn't even attempt resolve the issue, bit instead says "what are we just supposed to be bored?" This is a horrible display of professionalism and some of the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Work is not a time to be fighting with one another, even if it's a so called play fighting. Also adolescent attitudes are not desired by paying customers. I do not recommend stopping here for food. I will not be returning to this location.

Good food but associate wouldn't give me the promo that someone else I know got like 10 minutes later smh, oh well.

We came here to the drive thru and said that we would just be one moment to order. A couple seconds later the drive thru lights turned off mid order. An example of true customer service. What the hell, Arby’s; you are really living up to your name

The food and service is what it is for fast food. The staff is friendly and helpful my last few visits at this location.

The people that work there were VERY rude! Very loud and obnoxious. We could hear them swearing through the whole restaurant and everyone seemed bothered that they had to do thier job. Corporate really needs to get in there and see the circus that goes on at night!
