Food was good. But it was so cold in there it was hard to enjoy the food.

Haven't been to "Burger Snot" in years, so I figured I'd give it a try, get half way decent food, bit on the warm side not hot. So give it another shot 12/29/17, big mistake, the outside menu was showing what I wanted different than what was inside, so it wasn't even right , then I had to drive back to get cold food that I WATCHED them make, and warm drinks. So CONGRATULATIONS you live up to the name BURGER SNOT.

Horrible service! The staff stood around and did nothing while I waited 12 min in an empty restaurant for my food which was served cold!

They made a really nice looking store but their staff and service are a bunch of hood rats the last four times I was in there they got my order wrong cuz they were screwing around at the drive-thru and I could hear them on the speaker
