Fast, wonderful, friendly service.  The food tasted great and the staff was helpful.  Will gladly eat here again and highly recommend.

Renovation is wonderful at this location. Everything is new and very clean. Shift manager took our order in lobby and was very friendly. Food was fresh and delicious.

We had the Greek gyro meal, and it was better than the gyro we had at a local Mediterranean restaurant a short time back.  The veggies were fresh and flavourful.  The white-haired gentleman at the counter was very friendly and efficient.  After not being to an Arby's in about 30 years, this fast food stop at least this location is back on my list.

Easy to find off the interstate. Had to quench my Arby's beef appetite! Staff was great and service was fast. Definitely will be a stop for my next road trip through NM. Still had Covid dining restrictions.....sign on door was not concise on the rules.Food: 5/5

Tonight's experience at this location was awesome. Although busy at the time of our visit, the entire restaurant and kitchen looked extremely clean and tidy and our order was ready quickly. The cashier who took our order was very friendly and we appreciated her great customer service!

I don't know if it's new staff but first time I got fresh fries!! They've always been old and burnt. Please keep up quality.

I honestly have mixed-feelings about this location. The food and service is awesome. They always honor coupons and deals. I think this recent visit was the best-tasting French Dip I've had there in years. A+!  However, the parking lot is very rough and patchy and seems very sketchy. The shopping center this Arby's is in feels very much like a "bad part of town" even though it's in a decent part of town. The drive-thru is narrow and the entire building needs to be refurbished.  To end on a positive note; the place is wide-open and clean.  I recommend this place for the food and service but it's location and atmosphere are kinda so-so.

Updated review: 5 star service and food. The drive thru team was so professional, polite, and awesome. They accidentally forgot a few items from my bag and when I came back they apologized, got my items, and gave me a complimentary shake and apologized again. I felt happy and will definitely be back! Give these guys a raise. 10/7/22 Around 12:30pm  Previous review: Good food - Good Service. Only negative one star because my food was sloppily put together and the Arby Melt practically had no cheese.

This is a great Arby's to eat at! The restaurant was super clean and very pretty inside. There are a lot of plants inside that make the atmosphere very homely and peaceful. The food came out piping hot!!! It was so yummy!

This is a nice clean store and the manager runs a great restaurant. My Reuben was cooked perfectly. I'll be back soon as it's hard to find a good Arby's in AlbuquerqueFood: 5/5
