Great food. Nice staff. As usual, Chick-fil-a delivers with great chicken, salads, wraps, etc. Curbside ordering is available. Use the app for easy ordering and rewards. Family friendly environment.

Very disappointing food and service . I came in this morning for a meal,  and I wasn’t greeted in a kindly manner. I order my food and after waiting just over 10 minutes I got my meal . Got in to my vehicle just to find this very disappointing sandwich, no dressings no vegetables , nothing. Just a bun and a peace of chicken I walked in to return this sad sandwich and they didn’t offer to make me a new one nor to give me a refund. They just tossed it in the trash can .. very unprofessional people I will be contacting their corporate office

PUBLICITY STUNTING W/HOT AIR BALLOON!  We were in a different store when we saw this glow & inflate.  A normal 25 min. wait was easily 45-60 mins this night, as cars were coming from every direction & pedestrians could be seen walking in packs towards balloon from over two blocks away.  Noone seemed to mind the wait time, as an entertaining Santa cow and activities for kids/families were also available.  Fantastic place, fun event!  So fun!

Chick-fil-A is excellent all around. I've enjoyed the experience each time. Everything is virtually perfect. Most fast food places I visit forget items more times than not. Today your location omitted an item I ordered, but I didn't realize until I got home. I still give 5 well deserved stars. I just wanted to send a reminder to double check in the future.

Normally their food is pretty good and fresh, just be prepared for a very busy parking lot. Their indoor decor is very nice and obviously custom. I love how they not only have a play place but also board games for families. My only complaint is that the staff at this location can be kind of unprofessional in their conversations maybe forgetting the customers can hear them.

Food was great as always. Service was fast but helped they even cared to tell me were to park when I'm inside to help keep my vehicle safe. Food is always fast and fresh. I prefer going inside to eat with my son,but when not able to drive thru if fast. Even though they always have lines here I'm there drive thru. They have multiple staff taking orders to help make it as fast as possible. This is the only fast food place that hasn't messed up an order of mine or forgotten something and gave me a hard time. I love this particular location. The inside is busy sometimes the tables are not always clean. My suggestion is to ask "nicely". The employees here are super friendly and helpful. There bathrooms when I come here are always clean, I highly recommend this location!! especially with my son this is his favorite place as well.  Kid-friendliness: Employees act respectfully to ALL customers. they had a play area and a separate area kids can eat as well. When my son asks for more ranch they never ignore him.  Parking: When they are slammed it&#39;s is hard to find parking at times.. but just be patient they know sometimes the drive thru cars block the entrance.  Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and lots of handicap parking spots. And the bathroom has accommodations as well.

Unfortunately the service has dropped here substantially since ownership change/covid. Last two times I've visited the dinning room I've waited over 5 minutes in line as the first or second guest while a host of employees rushed around only handling drive through. I get that drive through is busy but it would be common courtesy to at least great me and acknowledge my presence. I eat at chick fil a 3-4 times a week and these issues seem to be exclusive to your location.

Purchased 3 chicken noodle soups and there was not a piece of chicken to be found in all 3. Tried to call the store and they will not answer the phone. Additionally the lid came of in the bag, leaked through the bag onto the seat. I don't think they took the time to Seal the lid. Just curious if the CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP, no longer comes with chicken. The noodle and carrot soup did taste good though.

I thought this place was supposed to have good customer service we spend a lot of money here. Tonight we went to get dinner for my entire family & we waited in line for 30 minutes at the drive-through and when we get up to order they shut the lights off and said they are closed, they close cat 10pm.  Now I understand if they close at 10pm but the thing is, they could have sent a worker out in the parking lot and told all the customers in line that that they will be closing at 10pm and they're not gonna be able to take our order instead of making us wait in line for 30 minutes. They turned down 4 cars.  I run a quick lube shop and  we close at 6 PM but our motto is if there's cars in line we take them because they are already in line waiting before closing time they are still customers and we are here to make money and keep our customers happy.  Now we will put up orange cones out behind the last vehicle waiting and we will tell the other customers that we are closed so anybody beyond these cones we cannot service.  What Chick-fil-A did to us tonight was absolutely rude and that made us waste our time and wait so now it was  hard to find somewhere else to eat because most places close at 10pm.

Have done business with this location for years until today! Attempted to phone in an order of 60 Chicken Sandwiches and 4 Cobb Salads and was hung up on twice.  After numerous attempts I was informed it was Saturday and they could not complete and when I asked to speak to a manager was told he is on a break.  I then asked to speak with the Gm and was informed she comes in from time to time and left a message, no voicemail.  I then called the Coors location and they were happy to assist.  I guess the Cottonwood location is too busy to take care of another business.  I have two hundred employees and will communicate the lack of customer service the Cottonwood location extends.
