My last 2 visits were great. The people are great. But there hours have changed with no notification. There is a slightly scratched out schedule on the door if you walk up to the dining door. No notice at all when driving thru. All light are still on. So close at 8:00, no 10:00. But my biggest issue with my last visit is that I purchased two of those 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches and fries. I had to wait a while. No problem. But my food was burned and cold. Instead of receiving two pieces of chicken on the sandwich, I cold a hard steal, burned chicken patty which was cut in half. The cheese looked so old and hard. I was so irritated. No meal to eat. My first bite was so nasty that I couldn't eat another bite, then decided to take a look at the sandwich. I will look at every sandwich before leaving from now on because the sandwich I asked for no tomato was fine. We checked that before we left. We hoped that this was going to be one of our more favorite fast food places. I may try one more time, since my son likes them. But this was awful this time!!!
This is a terribly managed Arby's and today took the gold medal. This is not the fault of the employees, who were very apologetic for the wait times. They are extremely understaffed and struggle because of poor management. I waited nearly an hour for my food today and it was average at best. Still questioning why I didn't leave and go somewhere else. My comment to the management would be that you really, desperately need to put your employees into a better position to succeed. You constantly put them at a disadvantage whether it's not being properly stocked, or having a broken speaker at the drive through. Your employees are well meaning and polite. The failures of this place is on your poor leadership skills, manager, and you need to do far better. Man up and support your crew. If you actually have a set of balls.
Went there at 6pm one day and they told us they were out of roast beef and it would be an hour wait for more. I asked if I could substitute something like a turkey sandwich into the special they had for the roast beef. They were totally unwilling to accommodate that request. But how is it my fault that a roast beef restaurant ran out of roast beef?
Orded from Grub Hub had hamburger medium drink and small mozzarella sticks. Hamburger was cold no pickles and very messy. Mozzarella sticks were cold and they gave me no sauce for them but wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have any because that happens alot. Only thing they got right was the drink well almost I didn't even get a straw. No wonder everytime i drive by they have no business. Worst meal ever for speeding over $20.00 for one meal.
Indoors never open when I go there. Never do i get there before 4pm. When the drive-thru is open. it seems as there's only one person is in the whole store. Never do I go after 4pm. I believe the lack of staff is why theyre always closed if you take a chance there's always Burger King in the lot. Ijs
Food here is so so. Had the fried fish with a large curly fries and jamocha shake, my husband had the classic Reuben with large drink and curly fries. The tables are very sticky, but when another couple arrived, I found it sad that the wife had to ask the front line twice to come wipe the tables. Found hardly no tartar sauce on my sandwich which I had to get. My sandwich was not as hot as I would like it. The only thing I likes the most was the shake.
Soso. The prime rib cheesesteak tasted like it was cooked or reheated in a microwave and not grilled. The Reuben tasted better and fries weren't fresh. I swear, restaurants just don't get it when it comes to fresh fries. The fountain sodas were nor sweet. $15 for lackluster service
Was placing an order when asking for a shake, was told it was down. It is always so convienent to not have shake machine bot working for the time and work to clean it. POOR!. Also forgot fries thst were suppose to come with order. Not very professional. Oh, Yes, too expensive for cuts of beef that are very thin sliced. Very poor.
Was in drive thru too long so went inside. Lady at register was also getting orders for drive in & saw her making a milkshake. Long wait at register. We got carry out, got home & one sandwich wrong. Not sure I'll go again any time soon. Lousy customer service
Staff are typically friendly. Drive thru is SLOW and once you are online, you're stuck and can't get out. You can order ahead, but have to go inside to get your order, you can't pick up at the drive thru.Food: 3/5
