Good spot for coffee, but they don’t mess with regulars if you’re a regular, you’re more perceived as annoying. Everyday I order I have another issue whether it’s ordering or receiving decaf coffee when ordering a regular.. Had to find out hard way, but there are some great employees still.  Edit: back to back days, same coffee, still decaf . I hate regulars too but come on now

This Dunkin just opened around Christmas 2021. Their parking lot is very big as well as the drive thru line. They have a very clean place. They have the new modern look which is very sleek. Interior is very clean and staff is very friendly. Speed in drive thru is fast as well. They are very warm and friendly staff. They told me they’re hiring as well so if anyone nearby is looking for to work for them just walk in and talk to the manager.

The cashier was sick yesterday coughing.  She touched her face, left the building to bring someone their food, came back took my coffee order made my coffee and never once washed her hands or use hand sanitizers.  What did Covid teach us about spreading virus and infections?  Nothing!!!! People are nasty.  I even asked her was she sick.  Unless you are blind, she clearly looks and acts sick.

I've been coming to this dunkin' donut for a while now.  The new guy that has been hired to work on the drive-through is extremely slow and forgetful.  I waited at the speaker to order for at least 3 minutes while there was a line behind me.  The women staff at the drive-through are much more efficient.Food: 5/5

Dunkin', one of the nation's largest coffee and donut chain, opened a store located in 8475 Cordon Way since the end of December of 2021. There are two parking slots designated for curbside pickup only. Inside, everything is looking brand new and clean. Plus, Dunkin' Team Member is courteous and friendly to every customer.  Sadly, this is not the digital-only Dunkin' store where customers order using the in-store kiosks. And the main entrance door is not an automatic sliding door.

We got stuck for a tire replacement, and next door there is this Dunkin' branch. The location is spotless, very clean and neat. And costumer service was awesome. And there's free wi-fi!!

I asked for liquid suger and they repeated it back to me and I asked again at the window and when I got the ice coffee I could see regular sugar at the bottom and I did it that way cause it's not the first time iv had this issueFood: 3/5

I love that it has a drive thru. We purchased breakfast sandwich and latte. It was perfect and I'm glad we found this hidden gem. The staff are always professional and caring.

The cashier was very professional. But the management was difficult to like. My cold brew was really iced coffee that she tried to pass off as cold brew. When I asked about getting the difference, she gave me back 19 cents. Telling me that was the difference between the beverages. I told her don't try to cheat me and she stated you can't talk to me like that. She then refunded my 4 dollars and change and snatched my drink out of my hand . What an experience.

This Dunkin' donuts just opened up about a week ago....it use to be a Taco Bell. They have really nice people. This place is fresh and very clean. Bathrooms are great and service is warm, by warm I mean they really pay attention to what your asking for...Drive thru moves fast. If anyone is in the area, pass by and welcome them to white Marsh..
