Ruined a pair of pants by washing them therefore causing shrinkage and they would not take responsibility for it. The pants hardly come past my thighs anymore and don't even come close to being able to button. Instead of correcting the situation and practicing good customer service, Archer would rather be "right" than realize the value of keeping a good customer ($50 a month * 12 months * 20 years = $12,000)

I have been using archers cleaners for over a year now. We use them on a weekly basis. I look forward to the friendly staff and I am very pleased with their product results. Well done!

The people are friendly at Archer Dry Cleaners. I get my items back quickly and they have never lost anything. They do a good job getting stains out.
