Came in here today to do laundry. I do not live here so just stumbled upon this place. It is one of the most nastiest laundromats I have been in. I got my clothes loaded ($5.00 for the same size washer others charge $4.25) and I saw roaches crawling across the floor. Too late I am stuck until the washer is done. I make sure everything is off the floor and stay standing as I do not want any roaches in my stuff. Then I went to dry my clothes and when I went to put my things on the table one of the staff members very rudely told me they were using the table. This table was empty, no one around, how was I supposed to know she wanted the table. This was so uncalled for. There was no need for her to be rude. The staff is very rude. This place is very run down. If you bring your laundry here you better check it close for cockroaches before you get home. I do not live here but if I did I would not return.

Went to Jiffy Wash for the first time today as my dryer is broken. The room is full of customers drying their clothes. Laundry carts are littering the room and as it is busy I pick out a couple of dryers near the back past a few more laundry carts flanking a "wet floor" sign that is low to the ground and not plainly visible. Nobody seems to be mopping and the floor is not wet. As soon as I start my loads I am immediately shrieked at by this lady who says: "didn't you see my 'barricade'"? She lays into me for daring to use a dryer past her makeshift cordon. Despite the presence of any mop bucket, she had unbeknownst to me partitioned off the back to clean the floor. Unused to being screamed at before I had a chance to even press start, I retort, "I didn't see any barricade." "Don't you see this sign? Do you not know what a barricade is?" she angrily shrieks. "I see a 'wet floor' sign", I stammered. This logic seemed to mystify her and the other patrons were by this time onlooking as her volume was enough to draw unwanted attention toward me. I just wanted to dry my clothes. If it was ten minutes to close I would be more understanding. They would want to clean up and get out of there. I get it. But it was over an hour and a half till close. Hey, they want a clean floor more than paying customers that's cool, but I'll take my business elsewhere. Had she been less vociferious in her denouncement of someone who came to a laundromat and was DOING THEIR LAUNDRY I could have moved somewhere else. I value politeness and did not say a cross word in return. If I'd actually seen anyone mopping in the few minutes it took to put in the clothes I might not have used those machines. However, my intrusion won't be a problem to her anymore as I won't use "Tiffy" Wash ever again, and I suggest anyone who doesn't want to be yelled at and embarrassed to do the same.

Say they open at 7:30. Sitting here still waiting 4 them 2 open and it's 7:45. That's great 4 business. Fixin 2 take mine elsewhere. Way 2 go Jiffy Wash!!!

The woman hovers over you. It made me feel VERY uncomfortable. She Would not stop following us. It seemed she harassed the other patrons as well. She would touch other people's belongings and snoop in their clothes/loads of laundry. Personally, I felt violated and almost in tears. NEVER have I had such intrusion on my person

Cleanest laundromat I've ever seen! Super friendly staff, and actually air conditioned!
