I was given a price for a suit cleaning before anyone even looked at the suit. The price changed 3 times - twice after I'd already paid! Then, when I asked for a receipt, the red-headed lady went nuts about receipts screwing up the system. They refused to give me a receipt! I asked if she'd mind explaining how she expects to get new customers with this type of behavior and she yelled, "Oh, I get PLENTY of customers." Well, I won't be one.
