I'm at the store at 3 p.m. I tell the guy at the counter that I'm ready to make my purchase. He goes to tell the other guy, who apparently is the only one who can use the register. The first guy comes back and says the other guy is eating lunch and won't come yet and that I'll just have to wait until he's done. In disbelief, I go back there to find him. He is eating lunch. I tell him I'd like to make a purchase. He responds that he is eating lunch and that I'll have to wait or come back later. Unbelievable. I didn't wait. If you are not going to handle customers during your lunch break, then close the store. Ridiculous.

Terrible experience..... 

Fist of all, one of the favorable reviews has the same name as one of the sales persons  at this store. So that opinion seems questionable. 

Here is my experience: 

I bought roughly 900 dollars worth of tiles for a bathroom remodel. Tiles were delivered on time but they were mixed in with different colors. We didn’t realize that until half way into finishing the remodel. When I went back to the store, they argued that they were just color variations from tiles to tiles. Not until I pointed out the very different paint colors used on the tile bull nose pieces that they agreed it was a mixed up. I was then told to wait for two weeks to get replacements. I waited more than two weeks and made several calls to find out the status of the replacement tiles, but I was rudely told not to call them and just wait for their call when they have it. About four weeks past, I finally complaint to the manager at the store, and was told they had the tiles then but they were made to different sizes than the ones they sold to us.  And the store  only exchanged the unused tiles for the new different size tiles IN A TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT MANNER.  So the results: 4 weeks delay, poor customer service, and we ended up with tiles of different sizes. We even had to make modifications to accommodate the different size tiles.  I will never buy from this store again.

and theres always people who never satisfied like Mr. Cliff Lee
First of all we apologize for this issue

I ordered tiles from them on a Sunday, with a promised delivery date of Wed/Thursday.
Due to them not communicating well with their supplier, the tiles didn't show up until the following Monday.
That would be fine, except I got no indication of the late delivery from them. I found out when Thursday came and went, and no tiles. I had people over to install the tiles, and had to pay them for their time without them doing any installation.

I called Contractor's Stone Mart, and they apologized, but would not offer any discounts/partial refund on my previous order, despite me being out a days work for my installers. They only offered a discount on accessories for future orders.

I will not order from them again. They claim that they're new, and can't afford to offer me a partial refund, yet they're not concerned with making a customer happy from a delay due to their miscommunication.

They do have a decent selection of tiles, but if you order from them, stay on top of them. I will not be.

Great service! Plenty of selection from all types of stones to porcelain countertops! Best prizes in town! And fast service! I can honestly recommend anyone thats is remodeling their home to come here this can be your one stop tile store!
