ARCpoint Labs is phenomenal to deal with. Matt and Stephanie are friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. As a start up company we had many questions in the beginning and they never grew tired of the constant emails and phone calls and they have always treated our employees well. We highly recommend them for all of your screening needs.

Excellent service. I walked in right at 8:30, was the first one there and I was done and out the door in 15 minutes. Extremely clean and organized. Stephanie was friendly and very professional. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! They were very respectful and considerate on confidentiality. Stephanie was extremely helpful and personable! Stephanie went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and find the right solution for me. For not being a hair dresser she had all the best qualities you would expect from someone cutting your hair :P Definitely a super specimen collector!

ARCpoint is easily accessible in Cummings Park. Plenty of parking available. They take walk-ins or by appointment. Stephanie was very professional & so pleasant! She was happy to answer all of my questions. The paperwork was done quickly. Matt, the lab technician, was also very professional & welcoming. The lab is comfortable & clean. I would definitely use them again!
