Called Friday evening on July 2nd with low water pressure. About 15 minutes later the doorbell rings and it's someone from the Water Department. He explained what the problem was in detail and that they had been working to solve it for a number of hours while waiting for EverSource to fix the source of the issue. Water pressure was restored within a couple of hours. Thank you!

We had no water last night. I checked everything I possibly could inside the house, no issues. I used the City of Woburn's report a concern online form clicking on report a problem. I was very happy the City came out to the house as soon as it opened. Fortunately, the water came back on around 4:30-5AM on its own. We still don't know the cause maybe due to the construction on Washington Street. It is very comforting to know that this site is actually monitored for urgent matters. Thank you very much for the excellent service you provide! P.J.D.

Every snow storm 5 feet of the street in front of my property is not plowed.  Contact them, the mayor’s office and our alderman and the problem remains.  I don’t know what my property tax is spent on, but it isn’t snow removal.

They caused property damage to my driveway and refused to fix it. Bunch of crooks.
