Former spouse has been missing for years, owes 56K + 22K in interest and somehow walked out of court without paying a penny just last September. When I recently called, I was told my case was transferred to an interstate unit after 17 years. No one seems to want to acknowledge me or my case and I have no clue who to call since my worker clearly failed to see it through. Two months of this craziness and I can't even proceed with filing a contempt on my case due to this sudden change that totally messed up my 17 year old case. I have gone to the governor of Massachusetts and several other state officials with this since no one is telling me anything and now suddenly they can't speak to me either. Yet, I have no clue who CAN speak to me and take action. This is a true travesty of justice.

If i could give a zero i would. DOR is always 10 steps behind all systems. They place levies on my accounts saying im over due but then when i sign into my account it says im up to date on payments. Mind you the payments come right out of my check. The customer service has is terrible when you call and i have heard from the case working once when the case first started. Scam!!!!!!!!!!

Embodiment of miserable people .  Waited 45 minutes, was told to call back tomorrow, then the guy hung up on me without answering any questions.  He even admitted to being rude and condescending.  Mind you, I'm trying to pay an excise tax (which was already paid) and give the government money.

The case worker never calls back, and when I finally spoke to the manager, nobody knows where all the documents they asked to get are, they lost all of them and asked me to get new ones. The problem is that the documents I have to get come from the Broward County in Florida.
