Arepera Las Chamas is a restaurant owned by Maria Chavez lovingly known as La Chama,. They opened their restaurant September 12th, 2009 hoping to bring a new cuisine to Downtown Harrisonburg. Their menu includes many different traditional Venezuelan dishes as well as Colombian, Cuban, Dominican and Puerto Rican. They also have natural fruit juices and delicious shakes. With their reasonable prices, they welcome students from JMU , as well as the rest of the Harrisonburg community.
