Been banking with AB&T for 4 years. Through building our home to personal banking needs, we have been working with the very personable staff at the Gilbert and Germann location through it all. Great people, great experience. Highly recommend this bank, if you want a bank with personnel that make your visit enjoyable.

I have been a customer of Arizona Bank and Trust for over 4 years now. I have my personal account and my business accounts with them. Working with AB&T has been the best banking experience I've ever had. They are not just another bank, they truly work hard to help you grow your business and take care of any issues right away! I highly recommend them for any personal and/or business banking needs! Thank you!

Herlinda Lopez is the mortgage consultant for AZ Bank and Trust. She is incompetent and slow. She horribly managed my refinance and dragged the process out to 3 months. I had to stop by this branch and sign new papers and bring in copies of papers repeatively because the underwriter of the refi would find errors that she missed on paperwork I turned in 2 or 3 weeks earlier. I had to sign closing papers at 830 PM after a 12 hour day of work because their was very little time left before my locked rate expired. Then on the day when my refi rate would expire I had to sign more papers for the Title company because Herlinda took too long to complete her work leaving the Title Co very little time to complete theirs. I hear great things about the bank and their rates but Herlinda should be fired as their mortgage agent.
