WAY better than the large national banks. The employees are friendly, they can add, they say hello and they are professional. The service here is much better than BofA, Wells, etc.
Carmel works in the personal banking dept. She knows her stuff, has been in the business for years and will listen to your business needs while helping in any way she can.
My office is next door. Stop by and say hi. :)

My experience with this bank has been one of the worst I've had with any bank I've ever used.  I've used Federal Credit Unions, small banks, big banks and this one takes the cake.

First, purchasing my home in Arizona took 4 weeks longer than my loan officer said it would.  As a result of that, I moved out of my apartment and had to spend 2 weeks in a hotel while we waited to get all the closing documents.  That was a nightmare.

Second, their staff, albiet friendly, has no clue about the bank's procedures or policies and it takes almost an hour every time I have to go in there to conduct business.  

Third, I have a business and personal checking account at the bank and they claim to be the best small business bank in Arizona yet they do not provide timely service and I cannot get anything done over the phone or online and have to go into the branch if I want access to my account.

I hate this bank.  They have cost me countless hours of my time and hundreds of dollars wasted.  I advise you to steer clear of this bank and if you do have accounts here, move them IMMEDIATELY
