Always professional, friendly and efficient.  The staff  is  always welcoming.  It feels like a 'hometown bank' there.  Very personal service.

Terrible! I had a representative from Arizona Bank and Trust call our office today regarding a billing statement our office sent out. He was extremely rude, short with me and had no desire to listen to the answers I had for his questions on our billing process. If a representative from this bank handles phone calls and talks to people like this on the phone, how does this bank handle their own customers? Probably not good! I have to say I would never bank with Arizona Bank and Trust after the telephone call I had today. I cannot trust that the customer service would be great based on my experience. And given that there are no other reviews on this site, I can see that I am not the only person that has had a bad experience.
