Went over and had a $100 plus tip quoted on my wife's car but the wait at that time was to long for me to wait. Sent the wife over there a week or so later with same car ,she was charged $275. What a difference..well that is the last time you will ever rip us off and I promise I will tell everyone how much of a ripoff you are.

This car wash put four different chips and or spots of damage in my car's paint job.  I politely pointed out to the manager that the car wash did this as I had just obtained my car from a storage lot and had closely inspected it prior to departure so as to ensure no damage had been done at the lot.  I also pointed out that all four points of damage closely resembled each other in size and appearance, thus indicating they had all been caused by the car wash.  He promptly blew me off by saying that it wasn't possible for the car wash to cause "this type" of damage, which of course was a total falsehood.  I would strongly recommend not taking your car to this location to be washed as management will do NOTHING to help you if (or more likely when) it emerges from the wash with damage to the paint job.

I was there for nearly 3 hours. I recently came back from a road trip and wanted a wash, so I went for their "platinum wash" for $21.99 and printed off a 5$ off coupon from their site. I also had two small cracks in my windshield, which I let their auto glass guys (C&J Glass) fill while I was there, since my insurance covered it.

First, the wash was terrible. I could've done better at a self-service wash in 30 minutes. The wash was supposed to come with "rim degreaser," which amounted to 2 of the 4 wheels being wiped down with a dry towel (the other two were not touched); the "deep clean cup holders/dash" is a joke, they wiped off my steering wheel and didn't even dust off the dash; I could tell they only used windex on the front windshield due to the horrible streaks in it. The exterior still had visible bugs and dirt stuck to the front, so their "bug and tar" remover must not be very good, if they used it at all.

Don't get your car washed here.. it's not worth it. I told the manager I felt my car was not cleaned adequately and pointed out untouched areas that were specifically listed as part of the wash. He sat in it for about a minute with a hand towel then got up and walked away. 

Also, the auto glass guys only filled in 1 of the 2 cracks and the person I talked to (the receipt said his name was Carl, but he later told me his name was Jorge) tried to get me to come back another time to get it fixed because he was trying to leave.. obviously I did not leave without demanding that they fix it. Carl/Jorge said he "didn't even notice" the other crack which was much larger and more visible.. I couldn't tell if he was actually that oblivious or trying to screw with me. It seemed shady either way.

Window tint is horrible. So many ripples in the side windows you can't read anything. The rear window tint fell off in spots. Went in to complain and get my "life time warranty" filled and was told the tint company changed. Which I believe means the inept guy left and we don't care. Very displeased. Carwashes are fine. Depends who is there on whether or not you get a thorough one or not. So washes good tint carp!

Horrible I spend $200 for a full service detail I wanted to stains out and there are still stains you would think after spending that much money on a car it was be in mint condition hell no! I hope they make it right but I truly doubt it. I just got my car done yesterday and this is after my seat dried! Smh
