Great car wash and detailing establishment. Friendly service and quick.
 They offer Headlight buffing as well as oil changes, radiator servicing and a variety of other services as well. I had my carpet shampooed and headlight hazing buffed out and took advantage of their meticulous detailing services.
The staff is friendly and energetic, willing to answer any questions that you may have. All in all, Francis & Sons is a fantastic full service and detailing car wash that I highly recommend.

The first time we used this car wash they did an amazing job. The service was great and they were extremely friendly. Skip forward a few months we go back and seemed like the employees were a bunch of arrogant pushy jerks. They couldn't give us an exact price and said they would need the detailer to come over and shocker he didn't come over. After 10 min of waiting we decided to leave. Not going back again. Thanks Frances and Sons for going from great to crappy pretty quick. Either get new management or a new team your current one needs improvements and needs customer service skills!

Literally the worst car wash I've ever had. Super lazy people. They didn't vacuum it until I called them out and drove it back around. Didn't wash the tailgate or back window at all. Didn't clean either bumper. Crumbs and dust all over the interior. They stood and watched me borrow a rag and clean it all myself. Regret prepaying for three washes.

Do Not Go Here! They suckered me into a $100 upgrade for future use and did a LOUSY job. Ordered the ultimate, claimed they would do the wheel wells and door jams for more $$. They used the same rag on my tires as they did on the interior of the car. Floor mats were so loubed up with Armoral My foot slipped off the break when I went to throw it in drive to leave. The car was filthy! I have to go and rewash it myself. If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD! So Pissed!!! Oh and did I mention no refunds?! They screwed me hard!!!

I brought my mother in law's white mustang in to have it washed as a thank you for letting me borrow it while my truck was in the shop and she was out of town. I asked for it to be washed, vacuumed, and interior wiped/down cleaned. 
I should have paid my 4 year old to do it. 
The dash, doors, and center console were left dusty with spots on them. Not even sure they wiped it at all. Bird poop was left on the bumper. Hub caps not wiped down. Windshield half ass cleaned, and they didn't even vacuum the back seat area. Dirt left all over the exterior of the car. I used 1 wipe and swiped the front bumper using one swipe and the wipe now has an almost black handprint on it. To be honest the car wasn't THAT dirty in the first place so it really shouldn't of been a difficult clean. Just typical Arizona dust inside a car. It's a convertible so most if it gets blown out with the top down anyway. They basically hosed it down. Shoulda checked the reviews before coming here, but as it was a simple clean I wanted I didn't think it took a rocket scientist or someone with a PhD to do it. Not coming back. I wish it would let me add pictures. They were not busy at all.
