Terrible job. They washed my car but did not vacuum my car. I called the same day and they said okay to return later that week, since I work. When I returned, they were rude and stated they can not redo it since the receipt was not signed. Pedro was rude and needs to learn customer service skills. I did not ask for repeat car wash, just request what was missed- just vacuum!!!!  If you dare go there, just confirm the work you paid for is completed.

1st thing, i wanted to get my car washed on my lunch so I checked to see which one was closest to my location I chose this car wash because it was closest and maybe I should have tried somewhere else 1st thing I drove up to get some assistance one guy look at me and didn't say nothing so I asked him is this a drive-through car wash because I only have a few minutes for my lunch to get this done the guy said yes this is but you will have to wait for another guy to come and help you. I stated OK that's fine. I watched as he walked back to the gentleman that was supposed to help me and spoke for about 6 or 7 minutes then That guy looked towards my direction and turned around and walked away This whole process took about 13 minutes to complete. I just Decided it's time for me to try another place Poor customer service poor Knowledge of thier products offered overall horrible experience .

Warning:  Shady deal with Groupon.  They would not honor the amount I paid for my Groupon that expired. Fine print states they will apply the amount paid for Groupon to new purchase however the manager would not honor.

Purchased 79.95 was was told it would be machine waxed. Came back and they hand waxed it and still charged me 80 I stead of 50. I had amazig service previously. But will never go back again.
