I️ applied for the nutrition assistance and the lady told me that I️ didn’t qualify for food stamps because of my age after I️ waited 3 hours just for her to tell me that. Anyway, I️ didn’t believe that one bit because I️ know people my age who got their food stamps.. I️ go to a different des office and with no problem they were able to help me. Never go to this place, they don’t want to help you especially the lady that I️ got.

Need to train your employees better and update your website its useless and doesn't work properly and just as bad as the employees! Not once in the years I have lived here has someone Not made a
mistake on my case! I always call you out and instead of fixing the mistake I get tell oops and have to go thru the entire process all over again. Me and my son are going thru major health problems and with no warning you guys took away me and my kids health insurance because of an error you made. I have always had my paperwork ready and understand the process better than the people that work there! That's ridiculous, train your workers!

Loved it... Was helped very quickly.. In in and out process.. Likely the most fast experience I've every had. Also, very nice and willful staff... Sort of far, but would go back again... Very  satisfied...!!! 😀😀🙌

Fictitious With Their Mission Statements, At All Levels.  Communication Is A Negative Word In This Black Widow Of A Company.  An Unjustifiable Agency For The Greater Good And Should Never Be Industrialized.  Would Recommend A Revamp Or A Sweep...Maybe Hire A Genuine Caring, Patient, Team Oriented Group With The Same Goal. Wish I Could Leave The Stars Blank, Because They Deserve All Clear Stars.
