Been here 3.5 hours and counting. Did everything online well before arrival. Waiting to pick up 1 piece of paper.. People are not called in order, staff does not care.. When I asked if they can check to see if my number was called they said "you just have to wait".  IT WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER TO DRIVE TO CASA GRANDE THAN WAIT FOR THIS OFFICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THIS IS BY FAR THE SLOWEST OFFICE IVE BEEN TO IN 8 YEARS!

I wasn't disappointed nor dissatisfied. Although what I went for could of been done on the phone they were super willing to help me out. I don't know why people are complaining so much . You're getting benefits

They make u wait for along time i wish it would be easier to get in and out easy but its not

Slow office with personality draining staff.
Waited 45 minutes just to get my fingerprint and digital picture taken.
However, it is better than calling this agency. One becomes increasingly frustrated with the never ending list of questions to prove your identity...will you want a blood sample next after the 5 yrs of previous addresses?

Dealing with the public in a service capacity is never easy. But, if you hate what you do why work here? Please, train the staff for pleasant interaction, it would make the security guard who was picking his nose no longer needed.
