Not enough employees working in the office. Office is too small. I'm sure the employees are doing their best, but the government should make the necessary changes to make our visits more pleasant.

I wish I could give less than one star. I've been calling daily for the last 3 months... Only for my call to be disconnected due to high call volume, it's unbelievable. All I want to know is if the payment plan we set up went through! We received some sort of confirmation notice in the mail, yet no funds were taken out when they were suppose to. I don't understand how we are suppose to avoid fines and penalties when they purposely mishandle this type of information ... I guess it must be greed. This is the lowest of the lowest of the businesses that I have had to deal with, when the phone calls are purposefully disconnected is beyond frustrating leading me to cry at times won anger. I hope you get your crap together IRS, you a horrible establishment... Your crappy customer service follows from your 1-800 number to your less than helpful offices.

We pay are taxes to get poor customer service? The guard had us get in line only to find out after being line for 10 minutes that they are no longer seeing anyone that day. It was 11:45 am. If this was a private company, this office would have closed shortly after it opened.

Very bad service. on 8/21/2016 at 4pm I went there and spoke to Mrs Wilson and was very rude and kept cutting me off. Then she told me to come back another day because she "does not have time for me". I left without any information and I was unable to pay my taxes. So much about the the "Your Rights as a Tax payer" , Quality service
