They may do good work, but I never managed to get them to show up. Called one morning to schedule work on an outlet, they did not call back after taking my information. Tried again the next morning, they did call back this time to schedule an appointment. An hour after the end of the appointment window ended they still had not shown up or called to let me know they were late or not coming. I gave up and am going with another company who apparently wants my business.

Rick did a great job! He called and said he could come to my house early if I was home. Wow a phone call AND early!!  Well, it only got better. He completed all work and explained what the problem was and the price was fair.  Employees are pleasant and know what they are doing PLUS took pride in their appearance. This is the first time I have used this company and I will use them again.

Called them to come out and minus the fact the technician looked completely unprofessional upon entering the commercial building he asked me to show him the issue which were some light bulbs over a stairwell. I showed him the area of concern and he said he does not have the equipment so he needed to leave and grab a different type of ladder, he was here maybe 20 minutes before leaving and came back roughly 2 hours later with another person. They actually worked for about 1 hours and 30 minutes MAX, I receive a bill for 6 hours of labor after all is said and done. They don't explain to you any additional charges and the guy on the phone isn't the brightest in terms of customer service as all he could mumble was when another guy comes out they charge a minimum of 2 hours even if he is going to stand there and stare at the wall and hold the ladder.  6 hours of billed work at 468$ for actually an hour and a half of ACTUAL work if they're lucky.  

I'll make sure to NEVER recommend the company to any customer.

- Terrible customer service
- Unprofessional technician

We hired Will McClure and Arizona Electrical Solutions to help us with the replacement of our landscape lighting. Will came out, inspected our layout and was most helpful in making some suggestions. He and his crew came out and did a TERRIFIC job and were true professionals in every sense of the word! They exceeded our expectations and cleaned up afterwards so well you could not tell that all the lighting had been replaced. We recommend Will and Arizona Electrical Dolutions without any reservations and look forward to having them do more work for us in the future. Ray Cusack

I just checked my credit report, and Arizona Electrical filed a suit against me for a "free" estimate several years ago. 

The electrician who showed up was professional. The owner did threaten me with a lawsuit at the time when I chose another company to do the work.

Stay far away from this company unless you want to find yourself in court. The owner's relative is a lawyer and they will try to put a lien on your home if things don't go their way.
