I bought a new home in Tucson this summer.  Haskins Electric was the company the Builder used for the electric service, outlets, fixtures and wired Ethernet.  

Cox cable came to install home internet to my house but said the Ethernet wasn't functioning and so could only have wifi.  I called the builder  for this warranty issue and a great Haskins technician came to my house to see what was wrong.  He tested every wired connection in the house and verified all but one (2nd bedroom/office) wasn't working.  During construction most likely the drywall guys severed the line in that room.  He fixed it and was also kind to write on each Ethernet cable what location in my home each cord was for in the junction box.  I also had them install a whole home surge protector in the electrical box (at my expense).

Unfortunately, we did not connect the router to the Ethernet board and when he left I tried to do it and it was still not working in the office/2nd bedroom. (I tried every female connection). I contacted the builder back and they approved a conditional appointment with Haskins.  If it turned out it was my issue then I would pay for the Haskins appointment.  I was fine with that as I only wanted to get it working.

So the Haskins Electric customer service employee left me a message this morning regarding my appointment today ... She said that she discussed the issue I was having with her Supervisor and there was nothing more they could do to help me...and THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT!!!

I called her back and she confirmed that same information on her message.  I let her know that I was perfectly willing to pay for the appointment as it was understood, if it was my issue, AND I was eventually wanting them to do other electrical work as well (switch out some plugs, install ceiling fans etc).  She offered to contact the Supervisor again and I said forget it!!!!  You just lost a customer here and if you won't honor the appointment that I made with you then I can find someone else.  

I just couldn't believe their attitude like this with a paying customer (and neither could the builder as I called them about the issue this morning).  It's too bad for them.
