In early 2014 We were new in town and called a 3 bedroom house managed by Arizona Gold our home. Throughout our 2 year stay Debbie, Dean and Martee always treated us with professionalism and responded promptly and efficiently to our needs. We were fair to each other. If you are a tenant who upholds your end of the lease and takes good care of your rental, and treat it with respect then this is a company you will be happy to work with. I'm proud to say that we just bought our first house and we were well prepared because through Arizona Gold we made contacts with great landscapers, a Plummer, an appliance repair company etc. Our stay at our rental was a happy and prosperous one, it felt like home and now that we are home owners we will always be grateful for the time spent there. I would recommend Arizona Gold to my family, friends and to the public and will do business with them in another capacity in the future.

On year 2 with them nothing but fast and quick responses with the few issues we have had.

Dean basically told me to go f*** myself no matter that I had given him $ $105. They denied my application when I requested a meeting to discuss my information due to the fact he could not talk to me about it over the phone he told , and I quote , me that he had no reason to meet me he had sent me a letter 2000 miles away from where I was at even though I expressed the urgency and the need that my family had and that the information that I had paid for needed to be delivered to me so therefore I could proceed with the appropriate rationality that the information he had gained would help us not his business then hung up if you like dealing with Liars swindlers and non family-oriented individuals who care nothing for your livelihood or your family please how are these people to steal your money and give you no explanation or no empathy but they understand!

Tonight I went with my roommates to a showing of a rental property we really liked. After being shown the property, on the drive home, Debbie, the realtor, pocked dialed my roommate and we overhead her say this, "Flight attendant? Not in this f******* house!" No question as to who she was talking about, because I had just told the realtor what my occupation is. I called back and left a message asking for her to call me in case if we had misunderstood. There's no question in my mind about what she said, and there has also been no return phone call. Frankly, I'm embarrassed by her behavior, and even more offended at being so blatantly discriminated against. I am only thankful that we heard this before we wasted our money on application fees. Word to the wise! Do not use a company with a history of discriminatory practices or one that harbors discriminatory individuals. You don't know what little thing they may hold against you, and you really deserve the best when doing something as important as buying/selling, or even renting a house!
