Founded in 2006, Crest Premier Properties has grown to become Arizona’s most trusted real estate company offering property management, sales and leasing. With an approach to property management not seen in the industry, this family owned and operated business was started by Caribbean Nationals who have infused the relaxed, smooth and easy approach to business typical of the Caribbean lifestyle. The owners firmly believe that a business must be built on a solid foundation of integrity. Crest has a personalized, customized approach where every owner is part of the Crest family. if there is minus stars i would give them. such total frustration working with them.  and if you care about my bad review, then call me, i would gladly talk to the managers, and i will explain. really tiring dealing with them.

I have been renting from crest premier properties for almost 3 years now and they are the best place I have ever rented from. They are very helpful and friendly. I enjoy going into the office and talking with everyone. I can't speak highly enough about this place. It is just wonderful

Our entire experience with Crest Premier staff was perfect the real estate agent  was very helpful, caring and professional! I would high recommend Crest Premier Properties to others!!

I contracted Euphemia to manage our property, and I am so relieved to dissolve our professional relationship after only a couple of months.  While she is a nice person, she is inept at property management.  She basically told me that I was responsible for figuring out how to deal with problems that came up with our property and did not respond to texts or emails in a timely fashion. I shouldn't have to wait for days for an email response. Also, she and Sherman do not work on weekends....what?! In this line of business, I expect my property managers to deal with problems on the weekends if they arise.  They seem like nice people who are not really suited for this line of work.  I wish them well, but I would definitely not recommend them for anyone looking for property managers.
